Old is New
This family home, passed lovingly from one generation to the next, was reimagined to support a new chapter while honoring its original footprint and character. Rather than expanding outward, the focus was placed on thoughtful spatial refinement — introducing a new mudroom at the lower level, a long-overdue laundry room upstairs, and completely redesigned kitchen and bath spaces.
Through these changes, the home’s Spanish architectural details were revealed and celebrated — arches, proportions, and material moments that had quietly existed but had never been fully appreciated. The younger family brought a confident point of view, infusing the interiors with color and pattern that reflected their vibrant personalities. Together, we shaped a home that feels deeply personal yet grounded in timeless material selections, creating a layered balance between individuality, heritage, and enduring design.
